properties whose owners want to attract more attention from potential renters. Our
experience suggests that website visitors pay particular attention to properties that
include 360 degree Virtual Tours. We believe the addition
of a Virtual Tour could enhance your rental performance.

Tour-it-Online is a Carolinas-based corporation that specializes in producing high-quality Virtual Tours. Utilizing the latest internet technologies, these tours feature extra large viewer screens, high-resolution photography, "see-thru" windows, background music and an integrated slide show.
The price for the initial production and first year's hosting of the tour is $150 per property. Included in this package are 360 degree panoramic scenes of up to five (5) rooms/areas and an integrated slide show with up to eight (8) still photos. There is a $50 annual renewal hosting fee.
NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE For all orders received after February 14th, 2010, the price for production and first year's hosting will be increased to $165 per property. The annual hosting renewal fee will remain unchanged at $50.
